Anusha Sunkara advises clients on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and investigations by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Rule Garza Howley, Anusha served as an attorney with the Federal Trade Commission where she investigated mergers across a range of industries, including healthcare and consumer goods. Anusha’s experience also includes working on a trial team that challenged a proposed acquisition in federal court and litigating alleged conduct in the technology industry.

Anusha received her J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and a B.A. in Business Administration from Marymount University.
