Aryeh Mellman advises clients on antitrust matters including litigation, government antitrust investigations and pre-investigation matters, and merger risk analyses.
Aryeh’s experience includes defending allegations of antitrust violations in class actions, multidistrict litigation, and actions by state and federal regulators. Aryeh has worked with a diverse client base including clients in healthcare, aerospace and defense, and transportation. He has particular experience in defending labor-side antitrust cases.
Prior to joining Rule Garza Howley, Aryeh represented clients in a variety of high-stakes and multidistrict litigation matters involving issues ranging from antitrust, bankruptcy and breach of contract.
Aryeh previously clerked for the Honorable Chad F. Kenney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Aryeh received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
