Carmen Lyon advises clients on antitrust matters including litigation and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. She has experience with clients in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and technology industries. Carmen has advocated for clients before the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She has also worked for the U.S. Court of International Trade, where she assisted on cases involving complex government investigations.

Prior to working as an attorney, Carmen worked for the U.S. Department of State, where she advised ambassadors and other diplomats on issues related to global health.

Carmen received a J.D. from the New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Anthropology & Global Health, as well as a B.A. in Philosophy, from Washington University in St. Louis.
