Dan Lumer advises clients on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and investigations by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. His writing about a broad range of antitrust issues has appeared in the Antitrust Bulletin, Private Competition Enforcement Review and Law360, among other publications.

 

Prior to his career as an attorney, Dan worked at a leading national public affairs firm, where he managed media relations efforts on behalf of major corporations, advocacy groups, and political candidates. 

 

Dan received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
