Milly Dick advises clients on antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, anticompetitive practices, litigation, and investigations by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Milly has almost a decade of experience in antitrust enforcement, including five years as an attorney at the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and nearly four years at the Federal Trade Commission. At both agencies, she played significant roles in several complex merger and conduct investigations as well as in many litigated enforcement actions in federal court. Milly’s experience spans numerous industries, including healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, technology, retail, agriculture, chemicals, software and technology, and media and entertainment.

Milly earned a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, and a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan.
