Drawing on her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Rochella brings a dual perspective that enables her to develop innovative strategies for clients navigating today’s evolving antitrust landscape. She has guided clients through civil and criminal investigations before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and has significant experience in high-stakes private antitrust litigation.

Rochella earned her J.D. with distinction from Suffolk University Law School, an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. summa cum laude in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. Rochella served as Senior Appellate Clerk to Chief Justice Rhys S. Hodge of the Supreme Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her combined legal acumen and economic experience allows her to deliver sophisticated, business-focused antitrust counsel that addresses clients’ most pressing antitrust challenges.
