Taylor Williams has advised clients on an array of antitrust matters, including high-profile multidistrict litigations, private enforcement actions, and federal and state investigations.  His experience spans numerous industries, including e-commerce, financial services, health insurance, renewable energy, sports, and technology and software.  Taylor has represented clients as plaintiffs in private antitrust enforcement actions as well as in connection with both investigations and litigations brought by regulatory agencies.

Prior to his work as an attorney, Taylor served clients at a leading management consulting firm offering advice on strategy and integration related to mergers and acquisitions in the life sciences, medical devices, and telecommunications industries.

Taylor received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.S. from the University of Minnesota.
