Deb Garza to Participate in Panel Discussion Regarding Proposed New Merger Guidelines

On July 26^th, Rule Garza Howley Founding Partner and Vice-Chair Deborah Garza will participate in a panel at The Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy discussing the highly-anticipated draft Merger Guidelines, released earlier this week by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Along with a panel of fellow experts, Ms. Garza will discuss changes from the now-withdrawn 2010 Horizontal Merger Guidelines and 2020 Vertical Merger Guidelines, how the proposed changes may affect parties to transactions, and their potential reception by the courts.
