Lawdragon 500 Names All Five Rule Garza Howley Partners as Leading Dealmakers in America

Rule Garza Howley’s five founding members have each been included on the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers in America list.  Rick Rule, Deborah Garza, Dan Howley, Bill Dolan, and Margot Campbell were all recognized as Leading Dealmakers in Antitrust & Competition M&A.  Rick Rule and Deb Garza were further noted as part of Lawdragon’s “Hall of Fame.”
