Matt Levinton Recognized for Contributions to ABA’s Unilateral Conduct Committee

WASHINGTON, D.C., August 15, 2025 – Matt Levinton has been recognized for his outstanding work with the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section Unilateral Conduct Committee (UCC).

Matt was recognized as an integral member of the drafting team for the UCC’s update to Chapter 2 of the ABA Antitrust Law Developments treatise, reflecting significant developments in monopolization law during that period.  Matt also prepared CLE materials for the UCC’s Spring Meeting programs, moderated its most successful webinar, “What’s Next for DOJ and FTC,” and served as an editor for multiple articles published by the UCC.
