Rebecca Weinstein Joins Rule Garza Howley’s Growing Roster of Talent

Weinstein joins the firm as an associate after nearly seven years in the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where she counseled on investigations and litigations across the health care and technology industries. Her portfolio at the agency included matters before the FTC’s administrative tribunal and substantial participation in high-profile federal court challenges.
