Rule Garza Howley Grows with the Addition of Benjamin Bergmann
Antitrust Boutique Responds to Increasing Antitrust Demand
Rule Garza Howley LLP is expanding with the addition of associate Benjamin Bergmann. This new hire is part of a strategic growth plan to meet increased demand for antitrust expertise amid tighter enforcement.
Bergmann was previously an associate in the litigation department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he worked on a range of complex litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on antitrust matters. Immediately before joining the firm, he served as Director of Policy at the New Paradigm Agency.
“It is great to have Ben back on our team,” said Partner Dan Howley. “While working with him during his time at Paul Weiss, we were always impressed with his skills and insights, and we look forward to him joining us in providing commercially savvy antitrust representation.”
“Ben is a wonderful addition to Rule Garza Howley, and I’m pleased to be working with him again,” said Partner Rick Rule.
