 Milly brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where she played a key role in civil conduct investigations and litigation within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology sectors. Prior to her work at the FTC, she served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. Milly earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Iowa College of Law.
