Rule Garza Howley Continues Expansion With Hiring of Three Additional Attorneys

WASHINGTON, DC, March 20, 2023 — On the one-year anniversary of its launch, antitrust boutique law firm Rule Garza Howley LLP is announcing its expansion with the addition of three new lawyers to meet increased demand for antitrust expertise amid tighter enforcement.

The new hires include associates, Whitney Williams and Erica Baum, and e-discovery attorney, Chantale Lamitte. The firm has more than doubled its staff since launching in March 2022, with a focus on developing a high-quality and diverse team with a broad range of skills.

Williams joins the firm from Goodwin Procter, where she represented clients across a broad range of industries including private equity, emerging technologies, life sciences, financial industries, natural gas and electricity, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Baum comes to the firm from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where she represented clients from a wide array of industries in antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters before state and federal district courts.

Lamitte joins from KLDiscovery, where her work involved diverse industries, including aerospace, air and automotive travel, cargo transport, data migration, entertainment, financial services, food processing and grains, healthcare, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, publishing and advertising, and waste management.
