Rule Garza Howley Continues Growth With Hiring of Emily Renzelli, Taylor Alexander, and Richard Lim
WASHINGTON, DC, June 15, 2023 — Antitrust boutique law firm Rule Garza Howley LLP is expanding with the addition of three new lawyers to meet increased demand for antitrust expertise.
The new hires include associates Emily Renzelli and Taylor Alexander and e-discovery attorney Richard Lim. With a focus on developing a diverse team with wide-ranging skills, the firm has been on a strategic growth path – more than tripling in staff since launching in March 2022.

Renzelli comes to the firm from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, bringing experience in complex antitrust litigation involving monopolization, unfair competition, exclusive dealing and price-fixing claims.
Alexander joins the firm from the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission. where she worked across a variety of industries including energy, chemicals and computer hardware and software.
Lim comes to the firm from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, and Garrison, where he focused on antitrust matters and other litigation matters.
