Rule Garza Howley Continues Growth With Hiring of Pratik Agarwal and Kyle Everett

WASHINGTON, DC, August 21, 2023 — Antitrust boutique law firm Rule Garza Howley LLP is expanding with the addition of Pratik Agarwal and Kyle Everett as associates, continuing the firm’s strategic growth and developing a diverse team with wide-ranging skills.

Agarwal comes to the firm from Covington & Burling, where he represented clients in a variety of antitrust investigations and litigation matters, with a focus on competition and intellectual property issues.
