Rule Garza Howley Vice Chair Deb Garza Discusses the Foreign Merger Subsidy Disclosure Act

On March 29, 2023, Rule Garza Howley LLP’s Vice Chair Deborah Garza participated in a panel during the ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting entitled “Has Antitrust’s Legislative Moment Already Passed?” regarding the recently enacted and still pending bills impacting antitrust law and merger review.
