Rule Garza Howley Vice Chair Deb Garza to Discuss the Whole of Government Approach to Antitrust

Deb Garza Antitrust Attorney at Rule Garza Howley LLPRule Garza Howley LLP’s  Vice Chair Deborah Garza will participate in a panel discussion during the upcoming ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting on April 11. Titled “A Whole of Government Approach—Recent Developments,” the panel will delve into the Biden Administration’s cross-agency strategy to fulfilling its antitrust policy goals.

In tandem with the panel discussion, Rule Garza Howley associates Pratik Agarwal and Kyle Everett prepared a paper examining the impact of this holistic governmental strategy. Titled “The Antitrust Implications of the Biden Administration’s Whole of Government Approach on Intellectual Property, Trade, and National Security,” the paper examines how the Administration’s cross-agency antitrust enforcement strategy has impacted intellectual property rights, international trade dynamics, and national security considerations related to foreign direct investment.
