Kyle Everett advises clients on antitrust matters including mergers and acquisitions, private enforcement actions, civil litigation, and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state regulators.

Kyle has represented clients from a diverse range of industries including healthcare, energy, aviation, credit reporting, technology, banking, retail, and pharmaceuticals.  His experience includes government enforcement actions, complex commercial litigation matters, and other civil suits.  In his pro bono practice, Kyle has represented survivors of human trafficking and asylum seekers.

Kyle received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the Ohio State University.
