Rebecca Weinstein advises clients on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and investigations by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Rule Garza Howley, Rebecca served as an attorney with the Federal Trade Commission investigating and litigating alleged conduct within the health care and high technology industries. Rebecca’s experience involved allegations across state and federal consumer protection and competition statutes during agency investigations, administrative hearings, and federal court proceedings.

Rebecca received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
