Taylor Alexander advises clients on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and investigations by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Rule Garza Howley, Taylor served as an attorney with the Federal Trade Commission where she investigated mergers across a range of industries, including coal, computer hardware and software, and chemicals. Taylor’s experience also includes working on a trial team that challenged a proposed joint venture in federal court.

Taylor received her J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
